Yoga on & off the mat

Yoga retreat 5-12 June 2021

Join us for a week of yoga, nature, delicious veggie food and a feeling of community at Magic Hill Retreat Center, located in a beautiful nature reserve in the Languedoc-Roussillon in the south of France.

Sample day

Morning : meditation and vinyasa yoga followed by breakfast.

Day time : there will be enough time to rest and for other activities such as group excursions,  ayurvedic & shiatsu massages and coaching sessions. 

Evening: Yin Yoga followed by a light dinner.

All meals are included.

People nterested in integrating yoga into their daily life with at least one year of yoga experience. 10 yogis max.
